Efficient Diary for Windows

Works well for me as a general diary/journal or excellent travel journal.. I use it mainly as a travel journal on my netbook. Categories are great, as you can file each trip under a different heading within the same travel group & have other types of entries as well. Easy for quick daily comments or notes, as it always knows the current date. If you forget a day, it's also easy to enter a new entry for a previous (or future - for reminders) day. Great to have normal wordprocessor font types plus bold, italics, underline, font colour, bullets, etc. etc. Very easy to review previous entries. No cons for me, though I haven't yet got the spell-cheker working, even though I'm sure that I purchased the Pro version a while back. Pros: Groups sub-groups. Easy review by first line of content

It used to be the best free diary. This software used to be the best free diary app. The only feature the pro version had before was the spell checker. Alas the more recent versions have put more than half of the features not free anymore, the more important ones. I suggest you make a search on Google for efficient diary old version to find an old version that has the whole features free. That is how I managed to find an old one myself. Pros: Right now:- password protection- import/export- Unlimited number of diary entries- backup- emoticons Cons: Right now:- attachments not free anymore- Organizing your information by hierarchical grouping not free anymore- Organizing your information by category- doing more than simple typing in the entries is not free anymore, like tables, inserting URLs and separators.

Not worth it. Even at free, this program is not worth downloading. Oh its great as far as features but once you close it you can't re open the file the next day. I could not access my previous recordings. It refused my password. So thinking ok, maybe I used an off the wall password and just can't remember it I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and entered a few lines...closed it then tried again to open, same thing, it refused my password and I KNOW I had the right one this time....what a let down. I wondered if it was because I was using the free version maybe?

I love it. | Best diary app.. I absolutly love it ! You can change the style, font, police, color of text and of your diary, it's cool ! I pretty love it ! It's the best diary app I've ever seen.
